Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if there is an issue with your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return due to change of mind, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Returns must be approved before any item is sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
For low-value items, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring a return, at our discretion.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Contact us at support@siteventures.co.uk within 30 days with a photo or short video of the issue.
In these cases:
- No return is required
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
If an item is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless faulty)

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order. If eligible, a refund for the original item will be processed separately.
European Union & UK Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are located in the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
For cancellations:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
- Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post funds
